Good Mischief is a photo and film studio in San Francisco. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@goodmischief.studio or call 650 444 5594.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry through the contact form, we receive what you type in: your name, your email address, and, if you add them, your company, what you want to accomplish, your timeline, and the service you’re interested in. If you email, call, or message us on Instagram, we receive whatever you send that way.

Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages also process basic technical details, such as your IP address and browser type, so the site loads and stays protected from abuse.

How we use it

We use your inquiry only to reply to you and to talk about your project. We don’t sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

A few services help run this site, and they handle your information only to do that job:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it from attacks. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t follow you across other websites.
• A form delivery service passes contact form messages to our inbox.
• Google Workspace runs our email.
• Google Fonts and jsDelivr supply the site’s fonts and some of its code, so your browser contacts them when a page loads.

Cookies

This website doesn’t set cookies, and it doesn’t track you across other sites. Because of that, it works the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to reply, to work with you, and for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@goodmischief.studio. California residents have these rights under state law, and we extend them to everyone. We don’t sell or share personal information.

Children

This website is for businesses and adults. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
